The hotel's position was particularly good, really close to Modena, Bologna, and Parma. Close to restaurants. the garden was well kept. Nice styled room with central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk. the staff was amiable, and the owner was friendly.

I loved the immaculate and tastefully renovated deluxe double rooms. The air conditioning was superb and the windows had mosquito screens. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the essentials. The breakfast served in the beautiful garden was fantastic. The owner was friendly and provided great recommendations.
